Frequently Asked Questions

We service all of the GTA, including Toronto, Peel, Halton, York, Dufferin with no additional fees. We also service Simcoe, Peterborough, and the Kawarthas. Please indicate exact location of venue to get info on any additional travel fees.

The first step is to decide whether you want to choose a package, or build your own experience. Then, you would fill out a booking form to send to us - please include any details of customization requests. We will reach back out with a confirmation email or options for customizations if you requested any along with a final quote. Please reply back to us with confirmation about the customization you want. If everything looks good, we will require a 25% deposit to finalize the booking.

If you change your mind and decided to cancel your booking, 100% of your deposit will be returned if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of deposit. Deposits of cancellation of bookings made within 5 days of event date cannot be refunded.

We need enough space to accomodate the photobooth and the backdrop. We will also need access to an outlet to get the photobooth powered up and running. Wifi is required at the venue for instant sharing. For outdoor events, we will need a sturdy tent preferably near a wall on windy days. 

We accept e-transfers, cash, and cheques. Debit and credit cards are subjected to extra fees.

The photobooth itself has a small footprint, but typically, we will need a 10x10ft workspace to accommodate a full setup.
